I agree to have pictures of my home and my home address publicized on the Town’s website and social media channels as part of the promotional and advertising efforts related to the Let It Glow Christmas Lights Tour.

I agree that my photos may be used for future promotional material across all Carleton Place publications.

My home will be fully decorated, ready and available to be seen anytime between Friday, Dec. 13 and Wednesday, Dec. 25, from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m.

The Town of Carleton Place is not responsible for any display materials, damage, loss, vandalism for other impacts to my personal property resulting from my participation in the Let It Glow Christmas Lights Tour.
