Up-cycling in Art Workshop
March 8 @ 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Join me for a fun and fascinating workshop that combines recycling and painting. No previous experience is needed in this afternoon of playful instruction. Stretch your creative muscles while discovering a new way to look at the things that we often discard or dismiss.
On display, will be artworks that I have created using up-cycled broken jewelry. I’ll take you through the step-by-step process of creating your very own piece to go home with.
$55, all materials included

We will paint with acrylic on stretched canvas, look through my 30-year collection of broken jewelry, and ‘stick’ those broken bits to our artworks. On the poster, is an example of a “Fish Stick” that we will make. You’ll leave hooked on recycling in art!
