Carleton Place Mayor & Council invite you to join us at the Carleton Place Arena (75 Neelin Street) as we ring in the New Year with FREE public skating, hot dogs, popcorn, and complimentary refreshments. Join us from 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. All are welcome!
