Mobile Health Clinic at the Library

The Carleton Place Public Library is proud to partner with the Lanark, Leeds & Grenville Ontario Health Team and LIFT (Lanark Integrated Frontline Team) to bring resources to our community members who might need some extra support—no appointment or ID needed.

The Mobile Health Clinic begins here on Wednesday, September 9 from 1-3pm. Talk to a mental health or primary care specialist or get connected with community resources and services. This amazing drop in program brings immediate resources to the library so that people can access what they need without making an appointment or needing official documentation.

There will be Mental Health and Primary care professionals on hand to answer questions and provide any needed resources. This will be available to anyone.
