Meet the Author – Michael Dupuis

Local Author Michael Dupuis joined us earlier this year to talk about the Winnipeg General Strike of 1919, and this time, he’s back on the Anniversary of the Halifax Explosion—-Saturday, December 6 at 1pm.  He’ll delve into the history of the event and focus on the reporters who covered the incident at that time. His book, “THE WOMAN REPORTER AND THE HALIFAX EXPLOSION” will also be available for purchase at $30 a copy.

If you’re a history buff or have a connection to Halifax, this will be a really interesting presentation that you won’t want to miss. Dupuis takes moments in history and fills them with life and vividness and you won’t want to miss this Saturday afternoon discussion.
