Join us for a fun, hands-on culinary adventure where young chefs will learn how to transform fresh fruit into delicious homemade sorbet!
In this interactive class, participants will:
• Learn the basic ingredients needed to make sorbet
• Discover how sweetness and acidity affect flavor and texture
• Prepare and blend fresh fruit sorbet from scratch
• Explore the science of freezing and ice crystals
• Taste and evaluate different fruit combinations
• Take home new kitchen skills and recipe ideas
This class encourages creativity, teamwork, and confidence in the kitchen while introducing children to real food made from simple, wholesome ingredients.
